This class is geared towards people who never Country Line danced before. Instructor Jeremy Duncan will be giving dance lessons throughout this hour-long program.

    Yoga is a practice of mind, body, and soul connection. It allows us to drop into the moment and move freely while nourishing ourselves fully. We will be practicing vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on strength with a sequence of postures that flow with breath to cultivate focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. We will begin and end our class with a brief meditation focused on new wellness themes each week. Registration is required. Bring a yoga mat.
