IMPORTANT INFORMATION:


February 15, 2026: Application due Vendor space is limited and will sell out. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, by media category (painting, photography, jewelry, fiber, candles, woodworking, etc.) to have a balanced show, and are approved at the discretion of the Office of Cultural Affairs, Burlington County Parks Department.

March 1, 2026: Artist Notification - Please note that applying for an event does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Event size and number of applications received will determine the number of vendors selected. However, we will review all applications thoroughly and notify you of our decision accordingly. Applicants will be screened based on artistic quality and appropriateness.

March 15, 2025, and thereafter – Late applications accepted, as space allows.

April 14, 2025 – Acceptance of participation and $50 booth Fee due or space will be given to an artist from the waiting list.

April 15, 2026, and thereafterLate payments applied $20 per festival.

  • Events take place rain or shine. No refunds.
  • Space dimensions unless otherwise noted are: 10'x10' booth area.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the Vendor is responsible for providing their own: power, tables, chairs, canopies/shade.
  • Vendor is responsible for having a representative present at their booth the entire event.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for Vendor cancellations
  • All art and craft items must be handmade by the exhibitor. No commercial kits, toys, merchandise, flea market items, or rummage sale items are allowed.  No imports or factory mass-produced items will be permitted. No buy-sell. If we suspect that crafts are not personally crafted, return invitations will not be issued and you will be asked to leave the show.

IF YOU WILL BE VENDING BODY CARE PRODUCTS OR FOOD:

Upon acceptance and in addition to your payment, you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance.
