The Civil Process Unit of the Sheriff's Office is overseen by Undersheriff Odise Carr. The unit is responsible for serving civil court orders that are issued by the New Jersey and Out-of-State Superior courts. Officers serve Foreclosures, Writs of Execution/Wages, Writs of Possession, Ejectments, Summons & Complaints, Civil Warrants, Temporary Restraining Orders, and Weapon Seizures. Officers handle Sheriff's Sales and Turnover of Properties.
