Evelyn Rosado came to us in October 2007 as an interviewer / bilingual and program coordinator. She became a valuable asset to our department and in 2009 gained her national certification with the National Association of County Veterans Service Officers. She also completed the Advanced Course for service officers. Both Walt and Evelyn are licensed to file claims, appeals, and can represent your case to federal judges at the Board of Veterans Appeals.
