The Burlington County Finance Department oversees all fiscal operations of the county. Responsibilities include:
Developing the county's annual budget process in a manner consistent with the Division of Local Government Services
Implementing budget forecasting and salary projections from data obtained from payroll and human resources
Operating the overall county budget and capital projects budgets
Overseeing the issuance of bond anticipation notes and bonds for various capital projects
Providing financial trend monitoring and budget support services to departments / divisions
Providing support to the County Administrator in the development, analysis, and review of the county's proposed operating budget and capital projects budget
Reviewing all state and federal grant reporting services
Reviewing and updating the budget process as it pertains to forms and documents submitted to outside departments
