P.L.2001 Chapter 404 Law

"Be advised that records may contain information governed by L. 2015, c. 226 and L. 2020, c. 125, which include civil and criminal penalties for improper disclosure."

To provide information governed by L. 2015, c. 226 and L. 220, c. 125 in a process that can meet the expectations of the legislative directive through the Office of Information Policy under the Department of Consumer affairs and the regulations that govern the custodian of records, it was necessary to remove the property search hub from the website.

We continue to work diligently to understand the function of the law with the information that the Board of Taxation provides and how that information is made available online and through OPRA requests. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create a process that ensures protection of the information that we provide.

Please email taxboard@co.burlington.nj.us with your inquiry and we will be pleased to answer your email expeditiously.  If the information in the email warrants it, we may ask that an OPRA request is completed with the specific information to better serve your need.
