NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
& PROPOSALS
The Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Burlington, New Jersey, is issuing a Request for Qualifications & Proposals (RFQ/P) for the following services:
Services necessary to collect, transport and recycle electronics (a) at drop-off locations within Burlington County for electronics recycling and (b) brought to electronics recycling collection events at various locations within Burlington County beginning on or about August 2015.
The requirements for submissions and the terms and conditions for the services to be provided are contained in the RFQ/P documents, which are available from the Burlington County Department of Solid Waste (the “Department”).
All persons and companies wishing to submit their qualifications and proposals for this service should contact or visit the Department office to obtain a copy of the RFQ/P. To contact the Department, call 609-499-1001 or email amoore@co.burlington.nj.us.
Qualification Statements and Proposals must be physically received (e-mail and fax submissions do not qualify) by Thursday, June 4, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., local time at the office of the Department of Solid Waste at which time the submissions will be opened.
Qualifications/Proposals are to be submitted to the Burlington County Department of Solid Waste at one of the following:

Overnight or hand delivery: 1200 Florence-Columbus Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505.
The County assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery that result in qualification statements/proposals being delivered later than the submission deadline.
The Board of Chosen Freeholders reserves the right to reject any or all qualification statements/proposals and to waive any defect or informality in any qualification statement if determined to be in the County’s best interest.
