Meet the Burlington County Woman of the Week, Janice L. Heinold, Esq.!

 Ms. Heinold practices in the areas of Real Estate, Worker’s Compensation, Estate Administration, and Civil Litigation (both plaintiff and defense, for individuals and businesses). She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar (1997), Pennsylvania State Bar (1998), District of New Jersey Bar (1997), U.S. District Court, Third Cir...cuit Bar (2000), the U.S. Supreme Court Bar(2000), and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bar (2011). Ms. Heinold appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court as co-counsel in the case of J. McIntyre Machinery, Ltd. v. Nicasto, 564 U.S. 873 (2011).

 Ms. Heinold is a certified civil arbitrator for the New Jersey Superior Court, and regularly serves in Camden County in personal injury and automobile arbitrations.

 Ms. Heinold currently serves as the Burlington County Trustee on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees.  She is a past president of the Burlington County Bar Association (2012-13), a past president of the Burlington County Bar Foundation (2013-14), past chair of the Real Estate Committee, past Chair of the Technology Committee, and currently serves as the Chair of the Worker’s Compensation Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association. Ms. Heinold has been a moderator and panel speaker for many seminars.

 From 2017-2019, Ms. Heinold served as the Chancellor of the Rutgers Law School – Camden Alumni Association, and remains an active Trustee on that Board.

 A 1997 graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, Janice received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. From September 1997 through August 1998, she was law clerk to the Honorable Roger F. Mahon, now retired, sitting in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Hunterdon County.
