The Systems Section of Information Technology is responsible for the maintenance and support of over 150 physical and virtual servers and over 1,000 computers throughout the county. By providing a consistent, reliable, and functional environment to each department allows the Systems Division to bring greater cost savings, efficiency, and improvement to all aspects of government services.
The Service Center section of Information Technology provides support to each of the 2,500 users on the County network. This includes county, fire, police and EMS communities served through a centralized call center. Technicians work on a wide variety of cases including troubleshooting all hardware, software and networking products. By providing timely and accurate service to users the Service Center enhances the county’s ability to deliver services to all of its constituents.
The Print Shop is a full service self-supporting operation whose mission is to provide cost effective and user beneficial products and services in the area of printing. The Print Shop's goal is to provide the very best service and products to its agency customers, enabling them to better serve the residents of Burlington County.
